The church mobilization Retool Kit is a two-year process for pastors and leaders
to enable their church to discover a shared vision and effective strategies for impacting
their community and the world by reproducing disciples, leaders and congregations.
Led by a coach through six weekend retreats, the pathway provides the context for
renewing leaders and refocusing vision.
T-NET is an intensive training, coaching and mentoring process for pastors, providing
a professional Bible School education and practical training, while pastors are involved
in ministry.
It is a two-year program. Once every quarter (or 4 four months) the pastor is required
to attend a 5-day training session at the center (BCOC). After every training session
where he is also provided with materials the pastor is required to download immediately
his learning 25-30 church workers and leaders in his area of ministry within the
next 4 months.
Each pastor is trained and equipped not only to train their congregation, but to
empower other pastors in the same manner they have been trained.
